Caterina Scorsone is a Canadian actress from Canada. Caterina became famous for her role as the character of Dr. Amelia Shepherd on Grey's Anatomy. In addition, she played the role in another drama entitled Private Practice. Francesca Scorsone, her sister's full name, is Francesca. When she first started in the field, Ms. Scorsone had been an amateur child actress in the Mr. Dressup television program. In the hit movie Power Play, she played Michelle Parker. She also had a successful career with the movie Missing in which she was played by Jessmastriani. In 2009 she expressed her talents as a performer as the character Alice in a film named Alice. Her success led her to participate in Grey's Anatomy. Amelia Shepherd played in this reality show. Following a brief appearance as a recurring character, she was promoted to the lead cast because of her exceptional performance. The talented lady has done numerous successful projects over the course of her career. In 1996, she made her debut in the TV show Goosebumps. Then, in 1998 she made her acting debut with All I Want to Do.
